Money Back Guarantee.

Money will be returned to you (not 30% non-refundable deposit) if you do not like the painting after modifications. If you confirm the hand painted portrait by email, we can not give the money back. 

Cancel an Order. 

Please contact us via email and type "Cancel Order" in the subject area. If we have not processed the order, we will refund 100% of your money less a $20 administration fee.  If the order has been processed and the artist has started on your painting a $50 or 10% cancellation fee (whichever is greater) will be deducted from your refund. Please make sure you include your name, phone number, invoice number and date of order.

Damaged Painting During Transit. 

If you have received a painting that was damaged in shipping please contact us in the same day you received it. We will either repair or replace your painting with a new painting using the same identical photo only.
